Registered Nurse 

Medication Management:

Administering and monitoring medications safely and effectively.

Personal Support:

Assisting with mobility, dressing, bathing, and hygiene.

Health Assessments:

Conducting regular checks and identifying changes in health conditions.

Specialist Clinical Care:

Delivering treatments such as wound care, catheter management, and injections.

Care Planning:

Creating and reviewing tailored care plans suited to individual needs.

Collaborative Care:

Working with doctors, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Domestic Cleaner

Cleanliness & Infection Control:

Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard to reduce the risk of infection and maintain a safe environment for patients, residents, and staff.

Maintaining a Safe & Comfortable Environment:

Cleaning and preparing patient/resident rooms, communal areas, and facilities to support dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.

Observation & Communication:

Noticing and reporting any hazards, unusual situations, or concerns (e.g., spills, distress, or personal items left behind) to care staff to support the overall safety and care of individuals.

Drivers

Patient Transportation:

To hospitals, clinics, GP appointments, therapy sessions, care homes, etc.

Mobility Assistance:

Support for patients using wheelchairs, walking aids, stretchers, etc.

Timely Scheduling:

Reliable pick-ups and drop-offs to reduce stress and delays.

Supportive Care Environment:

Friendly, respectful interactions to ensure patient comfort—especially for the elderly and vulnerable.

Medication & Equipment Transport (if required):

Secure handling of medication, equipment, or personal care essentials if required.

Coordination with Healthcare Teams:

Clear communication with care teams and families for smooth transitions before and after appointments.
