Job summary: 

 

Provide essential non-clinical, non-personal care support to patients and service users, concentrating on promoting their comfort, wellbeing, and dignity through practical assistance and companionship.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, and comfortable environments in residential settings by performing a range of cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces to a high standard

  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces 

  • Take out rubbish and recycle appropriately

  • Restock household supplies when requested

  • Respect client privacy and handle belongings with care

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Safely transport patients to and from hospitals, clinics, care homes, etc.

  • Assist passengers with mobility needs (wheelchairs, walking aids, etc.)

  • Ensure prompt pick-ups and drop-offs in line with appointment times

  • Keep vehicles clean, safe, and road-ready

  • Handle light items such as personal belongings or medication if needed

  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care teams

  • Follow all health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements:

​

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (manual or automatic)

  • Have the right to work in the United Kingdom

  • Previous driving or care transport experience preferred
